The dude directing or producing is the legendary Daniel Lanois. Lanois produced my favorite album of all time: U2’s The Unforgettable Fire (among other U2 albums more famous than that). He also produced Robbie Robertson (guitarist of The Band), another fave album. And Peter Gabriel’s most commercially successful albums. A couple of Dylan albums. I needn’t go on. He’s a somebody.
